I cried tears of joy when you helped me get my hair back. I found my new self. I feel good about myself. I love it.”
Question: I just noticed I have a bald spot. I’m a 17 year old female, what do I do?
I’ve been growing my hair out for 7 years and it just about reaches my knees now, I love it. But today my brother looks down at my head (he’s taller) and says. “Dude, your going bald!” I looked in the mirror and saw a patch about an inch big on the top of my head that showed a lot of skin. After all the crying was over I remembered that my headphones I wear do make that area sore. And that my brother went bald at 20something. What do I do? Do I wear a hat until it grows back? will it grow back? Should I just shave my head and start over?
Could it have been my headphones that did it?
And thank you kw, I’ve had problems because of wearing a ponytail too often before. I think I’m just gonna throw out all my hair ties for clips instead. Sound safer?
